Pricing
How is fleet washing priced?
Per vehicle. Each vehicle type has a base price, which is multiplied by the service level (how dirty the vehicle usually gets). Add-ons like aluminum brightening are extra. Then we apply a volume discount for larger fleets and a frequency discount for recurring plans.
Is there a minimum charge?
Yes, there's a minimum charge per visit. If a small job comes in under it, the visit is billed at the minimum. The pricing page shows the current amount.
Do you charge for travel?
Not within 20 miles of Frisco. Beyond that, we add a per-mile travel fee for the extra distance, charged once per visit and shown as its own line on your quote.
Do you price match?
We'll look at a written quote from another fleet-washing company for the same work and can adjust our price. Send it with your quote request.
Scheduling and frequency
How often should we have our fleet washed?
Most box truck, van and semi fleets choose weekly or every two weeks. Dealership lots often need weekly washes, plus extras during pollen season and after rain. Monthly works for fleets that stay fairly clean.
Do you wash at night or during the day?
Both. We wash during the day, after hours or overnight, whichever keeps your vehicles on the road. Night washes also avoid the worst of the summer heat.
Do we need to be there while you wash?
No, as long as we've agreed on access, a time window and where the vehicles will be parked. We set that up before the first visit.
Spot-free water and methods
Do you use our water or electricity?
No. We never use your water or power. All wash and rinse water comes from our own trailer tanks, and our equipment runs on its own. You just give us access to the vehicles, and we plan where the wash water goes before the first visit.
What is a spot-free rinse?
A final rinse with water that's been purified by reverse osmosis (RO) and deionization (DI). With the minerals removed, the water dries without leaving spots. We use it on Level 1 and Level 2 washes.
What's the Spot-Free Guarantee?
If water spots show up after a spot-free wash, tell us and we'll re-wash the affected vehicles at no charge.
Do you use brushes?
Our standard wash is a touchless two-step: an acid presoak, then an alkaline soap. We use a brush only where the dirt needs it, like on wheels and front ends.
Weather
What happens if it rains after a wash?
Subscription customers get our Rain Guarantee: if it rains within 48 hours after a wash, we'll come back and re-rinse at no charge.
Do you wash when it's freezing?
No. We don't wash below freezing, because water can freeze on vehicles and the ground. Visits planned for freezing weather are rescheduled.
Service area
Where do you work?
Within 20 miles of Frisco, Texas: Frisco, McKinney, Prosper, Celina, Plano, Allen, Little Elm, The Colony and Carrollton. We also serve Denton with a small travel fee.
Where does the wash water go?
It depends on the site. Some cities, including Frisco, don't allow vehicle-wash water from certain sites to reach storm drains. We plan water handling for each site before the first wash.
Free first wash
How does the free first wash work?
New accounts get their first wash free for up to 5 vehicles. If your first visit covers more vehicles, the free share is credited against that visit. For example, with twice that many vehicles, half of the first visit is free.
Payment and paperwork
What are your payment terms?
Invoices are due within 15 days (net 15).
