Privacy policy

This page explains what information Stealth Wash Pros collects through this website, why, and what we do with it. We've written it in plain English. If anything is unclear, contact us.

What we collect

• What you type into our forms (quote, contact and free first wash): your name, email, phone number if you give it, company, city, the types and number of vehicles, how often you'd like service, and your message.
• Your IP address, briefly, to stop spam and abuse by limiting how many forms can be sent from one address in a short time. These records are kept only for a short period and then deleted.
• Basic server logs that our hosting provider keeps to run the site and keep it secure.

How we use it

• To reply to your request, prepare a quote and, if you become a customer, schedule and bill your service.
• To send ourselves an email alert when a new request comes in.
• To protect the site from spam and abuse.

We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Services that help us run the site

We use a small number of outside services that process information on our behalf:

• A website hosting provider and database provider, which store the site and form submissions.
• An email delivery service (Resend), which sends us an alert containing your form details.
• Cloudflare Turnstile, a spam check on our forms, which may process technical information about your browser and device to tell people from bots.

Cookies and analytics

The public website doesn't set advertising or tracking cookies. Staff who sign in to our back office get a sign-in cookie, which is needed for that to work.

How long we keep it

We keep quote and contact requests for as long as we need them to deal with your request and run our business. If you become a customer, we keep records needed for billing and our own accounts. Ask us any time to delete information you sent us, and we will unless we need to keep it by law.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent us by emailing quotes@stealthwashpros.com.

Children

This site is for businesses and isn't meant for children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.

This policy is a plain-English summary of how we handle information. It isn't legal advice.
