Dealership lot washing
Cars on a dealer lot don't get dirty from driving. They get dirty from sitting outside: dust, spring pollen, sprinklers, and rain that leaves spots on every hood.
A lot wash is a light, fast wash built for that kind of dirt. We can work after hours, so the lot is clean before customers arrive and nobody has to move cars out of our way, or during the day if that suits your lot better.
How we wash them
- 1
Light soap
A gentle soap pass for the dust and pollen that settle on parked inventory. - 2
Rinse
A thorough rinse from top to bottom, working row by row across the lot. - 3
Spot-free final rinse
Purified RO/DI water dries clean in the Texas sun without leaving mineral spots. That's the difference between a rinsed lot and a lot that looks detailed.
Why it matters
Shoppers walk the lot before they ever talk to a salesperson. Clean, spot-free cars photograph better for online listings too.
After a rain, cars are covered in dried spots and splash-back. We treat that as a Level 2 wash (road film and rain) and can schedule a lot wash right after a storm.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What is a spot-free rinse?
Water that has been purified by reverse osmosis (RO) and deionization (DI), so it has almost no dissolved minerals. When it dries, there's nothing left behind to form spots.
Do you dry the cars by hand?
No. The spot-free final rinse is designed to air-dry without spots, which is what makes washing a whole lot overnight practical.
How often should a dealership lot be washed?
It depends on the season and the weather. Many lots need a weekly wash, more during spring pollen, and an extra wash after rain. We'll suggest a schedule after the first wash.
Where does the wash water go?
Some cities, including Frisco, restrict wash water from sites like dealerships reaching storm drains. We plan water handling for each site before we start and follow the rules for your location.
