Ready-mix truck washing and concrete removal
Concrete splatter builds up on mixer drums, chutes, fenders and wheels with every load. Once it hardens, soap and water won't touch it.
Our Level 4 wash uses a concrete-remover chemical and hand scraping to break down built-up concrete. We do it at your plant's washout area, so the concrete residue stays where your plant already handles it.
How we wash them
- 1
Apply concrete remover
A chemical made to break down cured concrete is applied to the buildup and left to work. - 2
Scrape and blast
Softened concrete is scraped and pressure-washed off the drum, chute and body. - 3
Rinse
A tap-water rinse at the washout clears the residue.
Why it matters
Built-up concrete adds weight to every trip and hides damage. Regular removal is far easier than chipping off months of buildup.
Every plant and every truck is different, so we quote ready-mix work after a test wash on one truck. That way the price reflects your real buildup, not a guess.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How much does ready-mix truck washing cost?
We quote it after a test wash on one truck. It depends on how much concrete has built up and how often we come back. Regular visits keep the buildup, and the price, down.
Where do you wash mixer trucks?
At your plant's washout area, where concrete wash water is already managed. We don't wash mixer trucks where the residue could reach a storm drain.
Can you remove years of buildup?
Heavy, long-term buildup may take more than one visit. We'll tell you what to expect after the test wash.
