Terms of service

These terms cover your use of this website and the basics of how Stealth Wash Pros provides mobile fleet-washing services. Your written quote or service agreement can add to these terms. If they conflict, the written quote or agreement wins.

Website

  • Information on this site, including prices shown on the pricing page and the estimate calculator, is general. It isn't an offer or a binding price.
  • Please don't misuse the site, for example by sending spam or trying to break into it.

Quotes

  • A price is only confirmed in a written quote from us.
  • Quotes are valid for 30 days unless the quote says otherwise, and they're based on the vehicle types, counts, dirt level, frequency and site details you give us. If those turn out to be different, we may update the price before continuing.

Scheduling, access and weather

  • You agree to give us safe access to the vehicles during the agreed time window, and to tell us about any site rules, hazards or vehicles we shouldn't wash.
  • We don't wash below freezing. Visits may be moved because of weather, and we'll reschedule with you.
  • Before the first wash we agree with you where wash water can go at your site, following local rules.

Offers and guarantees

  • Free first wash: for new accounts, the first wash is free for up to 5 vehicles. On a larger first visit, the free share is credited against that visit. One per company.
  • Spot-Free Guarantee: if water spots appear after a spot-free wash, tell us within 24 hours and we'll re-wash the affected vehicles at no charge.
  • Rain Guarantee: for customers on a recurring plan, if it rains within 48 hours after a wash, we'll come back and re-rinse at no charge.

Payment

Invoices are due within 15 days of the invoice date (net 15).

Damage and claims

Please tell us about any problem as soon as possible, and within 24 hours of the wash, so we can look at it while the details are fresh. If we notice existing damage before washing, we'll point it out to you.
